About Us

WHO WE ARE

Life Essentials Fund Inc., is a not-for-profit corporation established under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia in the United States. It is recognized as a Section 501(c)(3) organization under the Internal Revenue Code. We are an organization that provides its service through its Directors and volunteers that care about the charitable work it provides.

WHAT WE DO

Our charitable objective is fairly straightforward: We create projects for what our name identifies us as: Life Essentials. Many countries throughout the world are economically poor or are war-torn. Through our network of vendors, we provide the capital to alleviate the poverty by constructing habitable tents, deliver funding for basic medical or hygiene products, provide meal packages, supplying financing for basic stationery or erecting water wells. We are well-versed in compliance-related sensitivities that are imposed upon us as a charity under U.S. law. We engage in an arduous effort to vet fund recipients, liaisons, intermediaries, contractors and their respective affiliates. These efforts include using reliable references, engaging in personal interviews and documenting the legal relationships.

WHY WE DO IT

Many countries throughout the world are economically poor or war-torn. As such, there is a basic need of the most essential products. Our objective is to find those who are in need and help fill in the void in which governments or local communities cannot.

WHERE WE DO IT

We are U.S. based, but serve foreign charitable-recipients located in countries where we have direct vendors who work with local communities that are in need of basic life essentials: water, food, clothing and shelter.

HOW WE DO IT

We attempt to provide a lot more with a lot less. For instance, in certain poor countries the U.S. dollar can provide a substantial amount of economic utility through the U.S. dollar’s purchasing power. In other words, while one dollar may not get you much in the United States, that same one dollar may provide wonders in other countries.
